For over 25 years, Marie has been a passionate advocate for her clients, whether they’re buying, selling, or just needing advice. In the past five years, Marie has sold more than 130 properties and helped her clients purchase over $57 million worth of real estate in Greater Boston. Her background in finance, marketing, sales, and teaching provides her clients with a multi-level perspective on real estate transactions that are value-added gold.

When she’s not busy working, Marie is active in many local organizations including the Newton Historical Society, the Rotary Club, Charles River Chamber of Commerce, and Newton Women’s Forum. She has taught more than 150 courses through the local community education program and knows Newton.

Marie believes strongly that real estate is all about relationships and has had many long-term, repeat clients as a result. She’s particularly adept at helping those going through a change in life, including divorce, remarriage, the birth of a new child, moving, and other life-altering events. Given her own challenges over the years -- running a complex business while single parenting and overcoming critical relationship and financial hurdles -- she is particularly empathetic.

Marie has learned to teach others how to make sound real estate decisions while navigating intense emotions. In fact, she is planning to write a book on her experiences and lessons learned, in order to help other women.

Mike joins The Presti Group at Barrett Sotheby's International Realty with over 30 years of accounting experience as a CPA for private, public, and non-profit companies. Mike is a Massachusetts native, with intimate knowledge of the area, particularly the North Shore and the Greater Boston area.

In his career, Mike successfully leverages his detail-orientated approach together with organization skills and a deadline-driven mentality. Mike has a true passion to connect with people, which is demonstrated by delivering excellent customer service and his commitment to working hard, listening and following through.

Mike lives on the North Shore with his wife and two children. When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling with family, exercising, and volunteering in his community.

Kelly-Jean has been a resident of New Hampshire full time for over 22 years now, and also grew up in the summers on the waters of NH as a child. Originally from Andover Massachusetts, she summered every year in North Beach of Hampton New Hampshire, and even got her first job there at 14 years old as waitstaff at the seafood counter of Kristy's Korner in Hampton Beach! Since then, she has been a sales professional in corporate America in the software industry, bringing win-win situations to her clients and companies she's represented.

A homeowner for over 20 years in New Hampshire, and a parent in the local school system, Kelly-Jean fully understands the needs of her clients as she has walked in their shoes. Kelly actively participates in the local youth lacrosse community as the Vice President of Youth Lacrosse, and as a Referee for girls lacrosse in youth through High School.

Her hobbies include coaching lacrosse, golfing, weight training, traveling, cooking, baking, art, and shopping.

A winner of many sales and customer service awards, Kelly-Jean has also won peer awards throughout her life for being 'most liked', as well as being 'most loyal' as nominated by her friends and colleagues. Kelly-Jean is outgoing, active, and a go-getter, representing her customers and their interests with an appetite for success on behalf of her clients.
